You'll respond to customer inquiries, questions, and issues related to deposits, loans, debit cards, digital banking tools, and general problem resolution. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional support, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist customers with account-related questions and issues, as well as inquiries about our various digital banking systems. * Respond to telephone calls, emails, live chats, and video correspondence in a professional manner, using problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex procedures to identify and communicate accurate solutions to customers. * Provide customers with information and education about arenaflex's products and services, generating additional revenue opportunities. * Perform required research to solve problems, complete dispute, stop payment, change of address, and other maintenance forms or service events as necessary. * Monitor and complete Synapsys events in a timely manner, adhering to established service standards. * Identify and escalate priority issues, providing timely follow-up as needed. * Stay up-to-date on updates and releases to software applications, ensuring accurate and complete responses to customers. * Deliver superior customer service by consistently exhibiting a friendly, calm demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of all arenaflex products, services, procedures, policies, and relevant regulatory issues, including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy; Fair Lending; Regulation E; deposit, transaction, and loan accounts. **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent. * 2 years of banking or customer service experience. * Prior financial services knowledge is preferred. * Excellent customer service skills. * Effective communicator with good verbal and written skills. * Proven experience working in a fast-paced team environment, where incumbent was required to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. * Outgoing and energetic personality. * Experience in a role where incumbent was required to understand, interpret, and explain complex material, such as policies and procedures, in an effective manner. * Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a role where incumbent was required to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. * Familiarity with digital banking systems and software applications. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members and staff. **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
