CrowdStrike is a global leader in cybersecurity, committed to stopping breaches with their advanced AI-native platform. They are seeking an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join their Product Insights team, responsible for leveraging analytics data systems to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide data analytics services to internal stakeholders to help solve critical business problems, drive value, and gain strategy and insight from information
- Use advanced data analysis techniques and architectures that leverage technology to process large volumes of data to perform complex computations in a scalable, reproducible and automated manner
- Assist with maintenance of data quality and conduct reconciliation analysis
- Deliver new ad-hoc analysis and visualizations required by key stakeholders, while thinking critically about requests, asking insightful questions, and strategically impacting outcomes
- Be quick to respond to issues and finding resolutions to problems in a timely manner

- A degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years prior experience building Tableau dashboards and stories
- Minimum 1-2 years SQL and relational database experience
- Excellent soft skills with demonstrated ability to translate technical, complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Experience with Data Warehouse environments (Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake)
- Recent hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as SQL, RDBMS, NoSQL, or Graph DBs, and Data Visualization skills using BI tools such as Amplitude, Snowflake, Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or D3
- Display design oriented thinking with experience working on Executive level visibility dashboards
- Ability to work from our Toronto office 2+ days per week
