Carefully label and annotate large volumes of English-language data according to detailed project guidelines.
Review and validate annotations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguities and improve annotation quality.
Provide insightful feedback on annotation guidelines to drive continuous process optimization.
Maintain high productivity while meeting or exceeding quality benchmarks and project deadlines.
Document issues, escalate potential inconsistencies, and proactively communicate status updates to the team.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on evolving annotation protocols and tools.

Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Be able to commit 40 hours a week for this position.
Proven experience in data annotation, data labeling, or a related field.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
Proficiency with annotation platforms, productivity tools, and digital communication channels.
Ability to work independently and follow complex instructions.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.
