- Responsibilities
- Annotate and label data written in Spanish, identifying specific themes, sentiments, or categorizations within the text.
- Follow detailed client-provided guidelines written in English to ensure consistent and accurate data annotation.
- Perform self-checks on annotated data to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, ensuring high data quality standards.
- Complete annotation tasks within required timelines, effectively managing workloads to meet project deadlines.
- Provide feedback on annotation processes and tools.
- Label and flag potentially harmful or sensitive content.
- Requirements
- Native speaker of Spanish
- Professional-level English skills to communicate with team members and read instructions
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable reading and labeling sensitive or harmful content
- General knowledge in online communication tools, such as Microsoft Teams
- Ability to follow directions and perform repetitive, time-bound tasks accurately and efficiently
- Willingness to work overtime if necessary.
- Nice-to-haves
- Diploma or professional certificate in any field, preferably in linguistics/languages
- Experience in data annotation.
