In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our growth strategies and provides insights to drive business decisions. Join our dynamic and innovative team and be a part of shaping the way the world watches TV. Develop and maintain the data infrastructure that supports bolthires's growth strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data engineering solutions. Build and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient and accurate data collection and processing. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs. Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation for data infrastructure and processes. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to provide timely and accurate insights to drive business decisions. Stay updated with the latest data engineering techniques and tools and recommend improvements to current systems and processes. Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision making. Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and scalability.
Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely updates on data engineering projects. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Mentor and guide junior data engineers on best practices and data engineering techniques.
