In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our organization, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed efficiently while accurately entering and managing data.Pay Range:$1050 - $1250 weeklyResponsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of customer information and transactions into the database.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in the creation of reports or summaries based on customer data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
