Job Title: Data Entry Executive (Part-Time, Home-Based)
Job Summary: HK Consultancy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to join our remote team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inputting and updating data into our database systems with precision and attention to detail.Verifying accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents.Conducting regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors.Assisting in the development and implementation of data entry procedures and protocols.Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is required.
