Working remotely from a home office within a 50‑mile radius of Tempe, AZ, you will serve as the vital bridge between patients, medical offices, and internal teams, ensuring smooth, compliant, and timely information flow. Key Responsibilities – What Your Day Will Look Like Outbound & inbound communications: Initiate phone calls to patients and medical providers, and receive incoming calls to gather, verify, and update essential health‑care information. Accurate data entry: Input, edit, and maintain patient and provider records in Taskora’s pharmacy management systems with a focus on precision. Data integrity verification: Review entered data for completeness and correctness, flagging any discrepancies for immediate resolution. Professional liaison: Address inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals with courteous, empathetic, and clear communication. Compliance adherence: Follow HIPAA guidelines and Gigentra’s internal policies to protect sensitive health information. Multichannel multitasking: Manage simultaneous communication streams—phone, email, and system updates—while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
