As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and efficient data processing. Competitive Compensation and Benefits: This role offers a competitive salary of $18.49 - $18.5 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).
Responsibilities:
- Accurately key a minimum of 6,500 keystrokes per hour or type 55 WPM with 1% or less error rate.
- Utilize 10-key by touch typing skills.
- Maintain knowledge of production processes in assigned area.
- Demonstrate a proven commitment to timely and high-quality production output.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with assigned team leader, work associates, and the client.
- Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Excellent typing skills (55 WPM or higher) and 10-key by touch.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
