We are seeking a creative Data Analyst and Storytelling Report Writer to transform two years of student survey data (approx. 900 responses) into a high-impact "Master Report" and a series of targeted "Micro-Insight" guides. This research explores the critical divide between Gen Z students and faculty across four pillars: academics, social experience, mental health, and support services. We are looking for a specialist who is an expert at leveraging Generative AI platforms to synthesize qualitative feedback, identify deep trends, and bridge the gap between student needs and institutional practices.
