Job Description

Deloitte's R8dius is an Indigenous majority-owned professional services and technology implementation firm. The Dayforce Payroll Analyst will work in a collaborative team environment to address payroll-related challenges, including system configuration and client training on Dayforce functionality.

Responsibilities

System configuration
Preparing functional design documents
Creating support documentation to meet evolving business requirements
Participating in all stages of payroll system implementations
Testing and troubleshooting
Client training on Dayforce functionality

Skills

Understanding of payroll processes, statutory regulations, tax calculations, and compliance requirements
Familiarity with Benefits, Workforce Management (WFM), HRIS integrations, and data migrations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships, provide clear guidance, and set expectations
Strong critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions
Experience in payroll implementation
Understanding of Dayforce Payroll, including configuration of payroll-related modules
