Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dealership Services Specialist to join our customer service team. This role is critical in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter, update, and manage customer orders in ERP systems Provide timely order tracking and proactive communication to customers Resolve order-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot EDI and tracking problems Support upselling, cross-selling, and outbound promotional calls Track customer feedback and share insights with leadership Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers Use CRM tools to document interactions and follow up on open issues Your Contributions: 1–3 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or related field Strong communication and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Comfortable with data tracking and basic analytics Why Kem Krest?
