- Key Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of debt finance and transactional matters, including:
- Private debt and private credit transactions
- Senior, mezzanine, and unitranche financings
- Structured equity investments
- Early- and late-stage private equity investments
- Secondary transactions and liquidity events
- Mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters
- Take lead responsibility on drafting, negotiating, and structuring financing and related transactional documents.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients across the capital structure with a strong business-minded approach.
- Work directly with partners and clients in a highly collaborative, efficient, and entrepreneurially focused environment.
- Maintain strong ownership over client relationships and workstreams, with meaningful autonomy and responsibility.
- Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York Bar (or the ability to waive into NY).
- Admission to the Delaware Bar is a plus but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in debt finance, private credit, private equity transactions, structured equity, or related corporate transactional work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner closely with sophisticated clients.
- Self‑motivated, highly organized, and eager to take greater ownership of deals and client relationships.

Base Office: New York City
Compensation: $500,000+
Bar Admission: NY Bar (or ability to waive in); DE Bar is a plus
