Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a fully remote role. As a Special Education teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various learning, emotional, mental, and physical disabilities by providing individualized instruction and working collaboratively with other educational staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Β Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
Β Provide direct instruction and support to students with special needs
Β Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other support staff
Β Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of student performance
Qualifications:
Β Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
Β Active Delaware Licensure in Special Education
Β Experience working in virtual or traditional special education settings
Β Strong understanding of special education laws and IEP processes
Β Proficiency in using virtual learning platforms and technology tools
Β Excellent communication and collaboration skills
