ยท Military veterans are welcome!
ยท Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory
ยท As we grow, supervisory roles will be available
Benefits & Scheduling:
ยท $20.50/hour (paid weekly)
ยท 5-hour shifts are typical
ยท [4 or 5]-day workweek (29 hours) is typical
ยท Shift either starts at 3:45am or 9:15am/5-hour shifts
ยท A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
ยท Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses
ยท Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
ยท Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
ยท Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
ยท Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
ยท Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
ยท Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; liftpackages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
ยท Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
ยท Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
ยท Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
Requirements:
ยท Must be at least 21 years old
ยท Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driverยs license
ยท Authorized to work in the United States
ยท Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
ยท Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
ยท Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills

HIRING PROCESS takes approximately 1-2 WEEKS to COMPLETE.It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driverยs license.
