Job Title: Demand Clerk (Remote – International Candidates Only)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Demand Clerk to join our growing legal support team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates looking for long-term, stable work with a U.S.-based law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize demand packages for personal injury cases
- Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Communicate with attorneys, case managers, and other team members to gather necessary information
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized digital files and case records
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable asking questions and seeking clarification when needed
- Team player who works well with others in a collaborative environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in personal injury or legal support is a plus
- Proficient with computers and case management systems
