We’re currently seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our Castle Dental team in a dynamic hybrid role.
This position will primarily support our Chattanooga location Monday–Thursday in a front office capacity, and on Fridays will support our neighboring offices as an Orthodontic Assistant.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in both patient-facing and clinical environments, and wants to expand their orthodontic experience.

Create positive patient experiences using our G3 approach (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitud
Verify insurance and assist with financial arrangements
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
Support check-in/check-out processes
Provide exceptional customer service and communication
Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures
Take dental X-rays as needed
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
