Our Aurora sensor combines edge-based video analytics, IoT, and AI to deliver real-time insights for Fortune 500 retailers across 100+ countries. The Deployment Quality Assurance team ensures the accuracy and reliability of our analytic solutions for customers and partners. We work closely with service engineers and clients through multi-phased workstreams to validate data quality and optimize system performance. The Role: We seek a detail-oriented Deployment Quality Assurance Analyst to audit and adjust analytic solutions across diverse data sets and technologies. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of insights delivered to retailers worldwide. In this role, you will collaborate on: Auditing various data sets and technologies to ensure accuracy standards Working with customers and service engineers to identify and resolve issues Validating RetailNext analytics across multiple deployment scenarios Responsibilities: Audit and validate RetailNext analytics using established quality standards Troubleshoot traffic counting issues to achieve standard accuracy pass rates Document results for analysis and continuous improvement Complete all assigned audits within company SLAs Qualifications: Ability to accurately complete audits to RetailNext standards Strong communication skills for peer and manager collaboration Ability to work largely unsupervised and meet deadlines Experience with audit tools (Audit Console, SmartOps, GSuite) Familiarity with data collection systems and quality assurance processes What's it like to work here?
