Playfly Sports is a leading sports marketing and media company, and they are seeking a Designer for their Playfly Creates team. The Designer will execute creative projects, collaborate with teams to translate business goals into visual solutions, and uphold the Playfly brand across various marketing materials. Responsibilities Execute design of Playfly brand materials across sales and marketing as communicated and assigned by Head of Design Leverage understanding of the marketplace, client objectives, advertiser/category nuances and Playfly capabilities to produce visual RFP responses and presentations Collaborate with sales, research and overall Playfly teams to translate business goals into tangible, creative solutions and ensure successful end-to-end execution of assigned projects Ensure day to day projects as assigned by the Head of Design and/or, including distributing day-to-day projects to designers and providing feedback as needed Help build and uphold creative excellence on assigned projects to uphold the highest standards and best practices Promote Playfly brand consistency across visual design assets Continually push creative boundaries with conceptual designs and layouts Contribute to refinement of workflow to maintain a smooth creative process Other job-related duties as assigned Skills BFA or BA Degree in Design (or related) with at least 1-2 years of creative development experience in a broadcast/cable network, integrated marketing or agency environment Strong communication, organization and project management skills Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign required, and bolthires Office, specifically Powerpoint Knowledge of presentation and digital creative projects, with strong layout design skills, and experience in developing visual presentations Proven exceptional ability perform design skills, specifically in conceptual work, by applying typography, color theory, texture, and spatial design in scale, visual presentation development and layout Sensitivity to current trends in color, design, art, photography and their application to the sports industry Ability to adapt and multitask while project managing various timelines in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment Have an enterprising attitude and excellent collaboration skills Company Overview Playfly Sports is the leading revenue maximizer in the sports industry.
