Job Description
We are a growing US-based company operating several brands at once — including medical cannabis clinics, addiction treatment services, and a real estate AI video platform. We need one person who can own three things simultaneously without dropping any of them: client-facing phone and email outreach, tight administrative and data operations, and consistent social media and YouTube execution.
This is a long-term, full-time role. We provide access to every tool you need. You pay for nothing.

What you will own:
Client Outreach & Registration
Make and receive professional phone calls to US-based offices and clients in a clear, confident, native-level English voice
Guide clients through registration and intake processes start to finish
Follow up relentlessly — by phone, email, and whatever it takes — until paperwork is complete and nothing is stuck
Administrative & Data Operations
Maintain CRM records, appointment calendars, and digital filing systems with zero errors
Run Google Workspace inbox to zero every day
Build and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Google Sheets and Excel — statuses, audits, follow-up queues
Social Media & YouTube
Use AI tools to draft and format platform-specific social media content daily
Upload and fully optimize YouTube videos — titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails
Own the content calendar across all platforms and brands
Non-negotiables:
Your spoken English is clear, professional, and natural — not rehearsed, not hesitant
You are online and reachable Mon–Fri 9AM–5PM US Eastern Time without exception
You have 25mbps minimum internet — include your Speedtest result in your proposal
You have real hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Excel, and at least one CRM
You actively use ChatGPT or Claude as a daily work tool — not occasionally, daily
Your proposal must include all of the following or it will not be reviewed:
A specific example of phone outreach or client coordination you have handled — the situation, what you did, what happened
A concrete example of how you use AI tools in your workflow — include the actual prompt you used
Your Speedtest.net result
Confirmation of Mon–Fri 9AM–5PM Eastern Time availability
