Job Overview
We’re looking for a versatile Developer who can build, implement, and optimize websites, automations, and AI-driven systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving workflows, and building efficient systems that support both internal operations and client-facing experiences.
- Responsibilities
- Build and maintain websites and landing pages
- Create and manage automations (CRM, email, lead routing, workflows)
- Implement AI tools and integrations to improve efficiency and performance
- Connect systems using APIs (CRM, marketing tools, scheduling platforms)
- Optimize internal processes to reduce manual work
- Troubleshoot and improve existing systems
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to support operations
- Qualifications
- Experience in web development (Squarespace, WordPress, or similar)
- Experience using Airtable
- Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools and integrations (OpenAI, chatbots, workflows)
- Basic to intermediate coding skills (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations
- Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and execute quickly
- Nice To Have
- Experience building lead funnels or marketing systems
- UI/UX awareness for building high-converting pages
