Position Responsibilities:
Ā The Fleet Technician focuses on the preventative maintenance of the fleet diesel equipment, identifying root causes of basic failures to perform repairs as needed
Ā As the Fleet Technician, you will complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance
Ā You will inspect brake systems to ensure that machines are in proper operating condition and make sure that equipment has required licensing and registration
Ā You will use hand tools and power tools such as screwdrivers and perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries, and lubricating equipment and machinery
Ā You will examine and adjust protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices
Ā Other duties as assigned
