Job Description
We're looking for a copywriter who loves the craft of digital ad copy β someone who can pack a clear message into a headline and make every word in a callout earn its place.
You'll write the copy that turns scrolling viewers into engaged ones.
The core of the job is simple: every ad needs to communicate who it's for and why they should care. If you can do that quickly and clearly, you'll do well.
What You'll Do
- Write headlines, callouts, and copy for digital video ads
- Develop messaging that clearly identifies the target audience and gives them a concrete reason to pay attention
- Use AI tools to brainstorm and accelerate drafts β then apply your own judgment to decide what actually works
- Iterate on copy based on what's landing and what isn't
What We're Looking For
- Native English speaker
- Strong copywriting skills, with a particular knack for headlines and short callouts
- Confidence in your own voice β comfortable making the call on what works versus what doesn't
- Genuine interest in digital advertising and the discipline of saying a lot with a little
- Comfortable using AI as a writing partner without letting it write for you
- No graphic design experience needed β however you will be copywriting for ads by adding headlines to graphics and overlays for videos.
