About the position

As a Digital Advice Analyst in Principal Advised Services, you will provide service solutions to foster long-term relationships with both internal and external customers. This role involves assisting in the development of operations within the direct-to-consumer market space, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping standard processes.

    Responsibilities
  • Research and resolve complex situations, becoming a subject matter authority on products, services, and systems.

  • Resolve complex problems and issues, recommending and assisting in the development and implementation of new policies, processes, and procedures to increase efficiencies.

  • Provide ongoing review of current processing procedures, forms, and system functionality to ensure regulatory guidelines and transfer agent responsibilities are met.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
