- What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with engagement leaders, teammates, and client stakeholders to design and implement enterprise technology solutions
- Support engagement delivery, project coordination, and solution development through disciplined execution and analysis
- Cultivate trusted working relationships and contribute to team momentum
- Demonstrate professionalism and adaptability in dynamic environments while delivering high-quality work
- Solve complex business and technology challenges, translating ideas into actionable insights
- What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, and troubleshooting issues
- 1-2+ years of experience owning project workstreams with minimal supervision
- At least 2+ years of experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid or in a college/university financial aid office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate results and issues effectively
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Prior technical experience with Oracle Cloud or integration products such as Oracle Integration Cloud, AWS, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft
- Ability to creatively solve complex problems with strong critical thinking skills
- Experience as a functional application specialist
- Strong analytical skills with hands‑on expertise in cloud‑based enterprise solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client engagements
