- Program Planning & Execution: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to design, launch, and monitor digital outreach initiatives—including targeted email campaigns, webinars, virtual workshops, and live customer events.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between product teams, content creators, and sales enablement to ensure messaging consistency, timing precision, and seamless delivery of digital experiences.
- Data‑Driven Insight Generation: Pull data from arenaflex Sheets, arenaflex analytics, and other sources to spot trends, measure engagement, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for program optimization.
- Reporting & Documentation: Produce comprehensive dashboards and narrative reports that capture program performance, ROI, and key learnings for senior leadership and stakeholder review.
- Project Management Framework: Establish and maintain a lightweight yet robust project management methodology (Kanban, Agile sprints, or similar) to keep multiple initiatives on track, on time, and within scope.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Curate and update internal documentation, best‑practice guides, and playbooks to empower the broader Customer Success organization and ensure institutional memory.
- Customer Advocacy Enablement: Identify and nurture customer champions, facilitating their participation in case studies, community panels, and co‑creation sessions.
Essential Qualifications – The Foundations You Bring
- 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization—proficiency with arenaflex Sheets is required; experience with arenaflex (formerly Tableau) is a strong plus.
- Hands‑on experience with customer success platforms (e.g., arenaflex or similar) and email marketing tools, as well as familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, asynchronous remote environment.
