You'll be responsible for: * Making energy easy to understand for our customers, cutting through jargon and providing clear explanations of their bills, meters, and tariffs. * Solving complex problems and finding creative solutions to customer queries, whether it's a billing issue, a meter problem, or a complex energy conundrum. * Providing end-to-end service, handling queries from start to finish, including complaints, and ensuring customers get the right help the first time. * Thinking on your feet, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. * Treating every customer with care and kindness, just like you would your own gran. * Making a real impact on people's lives, whether it's helping someone struggling with their energy bills or advising on greener energy choices. **The Types of People We Want to Hear From** We're looking for people who are passionate about customer service, passionate about energy, and passionate about making a difference.
