Responsibilities
- Manage communication between stakeholders, define mitigation strategies, and provide clarity to the team
- Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration across portfolios and products
- Create and configure application plans tailored to goals and strategies
- Modify structure in response to changes and understand resource management and its benefits
- Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations for specific products
- Support problem-solving, solve problems, and follow advice and product usage in life
- Facilitate incremental program (IP) sessions and pre-planning (pre- and post-IP planning) of all deliverables
- Understand and implement test automation processes and the importance of fast delivery
- Provide new resources to support and develop personally while supporting the product team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management
- Expert in Agile, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban processes
- Experience as Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager/Project Manager
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and working with business and IT
- Certified PMP, Pgmp, Agile, Safe RTE (preferred)
