- Responsibilities
- Create high quality video content, motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising, email and web campaigns
- Develop storyboards, animation concepts and visual treatments that align with brand standards and marketing strategy
- Design and adapt digital assets including social graphics, presentations, digital signage and email visuals
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity, typography and messaging across all video and graphic materials
- Work cross functionally with Creative, MarCom, Marketing and other teams to deliver clear, engaging visual storytelling
- Manage multiple creative projects within deadlines, using project management tools and maintaining organized file structures
- Optimize assets for various digital platforms and support accessibility standards such as captions
- Share motion design expertise with team members to help grow creative capabilities
- Support performance optimization through A/B testing and data informed recommendations
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Motion Graphics or similar, or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital design with a strong focus on motion graphics and video editing
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Strong visual storytelling skills and an understanding of animation principles, motion typography and compositing
- Ability to simplify complex information visually and maintain high attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to incorporate feedback effectively
