The Digital Learning Production Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, technical, and operational support for the development and delivery of Learning programmes across the Group, focusing on content preparation and high-quality learning delivery. Responsibilities Assemble, format and prepare digital learning content using approved templates, brand guidelines and structured file management processes Prepare assets including presentation decks, PDFs, micro-learning components, images, audio and short video clips for distribution or upload to platforms Upload, launch and maintain learning content within platforms such as LearnUpon, Articulate Rise and Synthesia, ensuring correct versioning, tagging and audience enrollment details Maintain shared folder structures and media libraries, ensuring materials are organised, archived and easy to retrieve Support programme scheduling including session invites, learner communications, attendance tracking, follow-up administration, and coordination of physical and technical logistics for on-site programmes Run evaluation surveys and extract feedback data to populate reporting templates Track learner engagement and completion at programme level through reports and dashboards Conduct structured content testing using required checklists to identify formatting or accessibility issues, and log them for correction by others Respond to routine learner enquiries or escalate more complex issues appropriately Skills Experience delivering administration or coordination support in a digital or learning-focused environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and maintain file integrity Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in formatting and publishing content Good communication skills and a professional approach when supporting internal stakeholders Proficient in bolthires Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint Experience with learning management or authoring tools such as LearnUpon, Articulate Rise/360, Synthesia or Canva Understanding of digital content workflows and document version control Experience supporting programme delivery or process-driven work within HR, Talent or Operations Company Overview TP ICAP is a global firm of professional intermediaries that plays a pivotal role in the world's financial, energy and commodities markets.
