About the position Responsibilities β€’ Own the ongoing development, optimisation, and performance of the Fintua website (WordPress), including building new pages, updating content (in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager) and enhancing functionality. β€’ Manage website content in collaboration with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and other teams, ensuring messaging is current and campaign-aligned. β€’ Develop and execute a website traffic growth plan, set and monitor KPIs, and optimise for SEO and user experience. β€’ Maintain consistent, engaging brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. β€’ Oversee the company resource centre, newsletter and regular website updates. β€’ Develop and execute strategies for all digital channels, including: Paid Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.) β€’ Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) β€” including independently running and optimising PPC campaigns. β€’ Software review sites (G2, Capterra, SourceForge) β€’ SEO/SEM (keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, supporting Content Marketing Manager) β€’ Email marketing (nurture campaigns, newsletters) β€’ Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant campaign execution including brand awareness, lead generation and retargeting campaigns. β€’ Support Demand Generation campaign strategy with landing page creation, email design, and content promotion. β€’ Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to develop sales funnels and lead nurturing sequences. β€’ Optimise website content and user journeys to maximise inbound leads and demo requests. β€’ Collaborate with SEO agencies and partners to amplify content and improve search rankings. β€’ Collaborate with Sales and Client Management Teams to run Account Based Marketing campaigns. β€’ Own the tracking and reporting of all digital marketing activities, ensuring robust measurement of campaign performance and ROI. β€’ Manage analytics tools, with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversions. β€’ Set up and maintain tracking for all digital campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights. β€’ Use insights to continuously improve campaigns and digital presence. β€’ Advise marketing and go-to-market teams on the best digital channels and tactics to achieve MQL and pipeline goals. β€’ Act as a digital evangelist, keeping the team updated on the latest industry trends, Google updates, and best practices. Requirements β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. β€’ 3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment, focusing on technical digital marketing, analytics and reporting. β€’ Demonstrable experience managing websites (preferably WordPress), SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and email marketing campaigns. β€’ Proven ability to independently run, track, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing), both natively and in partnership with agencies. β€’ Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. β€’ Proficient with additional web analytics tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot). β€’ Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital advertising best practices. β€’ Highly creative, analytical and results-driven, with a proven ability to generate and optimise inbound leads. β€’ Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for campaign optimisation. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. β€’ Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies. Nice-to-haves β€’ Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
