Digital Marketing Operations Manager (Full-Time)
About the Role
We're a 20-year digital marketing agency (US-based) managing more than $6M in annual Google Ads spend across more than 65 PPC clients and more than 200 SEO clients. We're scaling from single-service delivery to premium integrated packages at $8K–$15K/month combining PPC, SEO, loyalty/retention programs, identity resolution, AI chatbot agents, and website development.
We need an Operations Manager who understands digital marketing to build and run the delivery machine. Not someone who can do spreadsheets and Gantt charts. Someone who knows what a well-managed Google Ads account looks like, can tell whether an SEO strategy is real or busywork, and can hold offshore fulfillment teams accountable to quality standards they actually understand.
What You'll Own
Offshore Fulfillment Team.
Build, recruit, train, and manage team members across Philippines, India, and Pakistan delivering PPC, SEO, loyalty programs, identity resolution, website builds, and AI agent deployment. You're not doing the technical work — you're building the team and the systems that do it at scale.
Delivery Quality.
Here's what makes this different from every other ops manager posting on Upwork: you need to understand the marketing well enough to be the quality gatekeeper. When an offshore PPC specialist builds a campaign, you need to know if it's good — not just that it was delivered on time. When an SEO team produces a content plan, you need to know if the keywords are worth targeting. This requires genuine digital marketing knowledge.
Financial Discipline.
We enforce a 30% Rule — hard fulfillment costs never exceed 30% of client revenue. You run the math on every engagement. You flag violations. You tell the sales team "we can't deliver that profitably at this price" when the numbers don't work.
Systems & SOPs.
Client onboarding sequences, service delivery procedures, billing reconciliation, quality assurance checklists, escalation protocols. If it's not documented, it doesn't scale. You'll build 8-10 core SOPs in your first 90 days.
Three-Way Reconciliation.
Our project management system (Monday.com), billing platform (Converge), and client database need to agree every month. You find and fix discrepancies.
Capacity Planning.
When our VP of Sales asks "can we take on 10 new clients next month?" you answer with data — team utilization, available slots, hiring triggers — not guesses.

Requirements
Must Have:
- More than 5 years managing remote/offshore teams across multiple countries
- Deep understanding of digital marketing delivery — PPC, SEO, and ideally loyalty/retention, identity resolution, or AI-powered marketing tools. You know what "good" looks like even if you're not the one building campaigns
- Agency experience (managing delivery for multiple clients simultaneously, not just one in-house brand)
- Track record of building SOPs, quality systems, and onboarding processes from scratch
- Financial acumen — you think in margins, fulfillment costs, and profitability per client
- Available during US Eastern business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST)
- Comfortable with Trackabi (time tracking with screen capture) — this is company-wide, every remote worker uses it
Ideal:
- Experience scaling a digital marketing agency from less than $1M to at least $3M
- Monday.com proficiency
- Experience with AI tools (we use Claude AI daily as an operational co-pilot)
- Experience managing delivery across PPC + SEO + additional service lines simultaneously

About Us
Digital Visibility Concepts. 20 years in business. Gainesville, Florida headquarters, fully remote team across US, Philippines, India, Pakistan. We manage Google Ads, deliver SEO, and are scaling into loyalty programs, identity resolution, AI chatbot agents, and customer data platforms.
The CEO is direct, moves fast, and gives honest feedback. You'll report directly to him. The team includes a VP of Sales (sole closer for premium deals), a Senior Client Success Manager (owns all client relationships and upsells), an SEO Director (Philippines-based team), a Web/Tech Lead (building an intern team), and PPC/Meta specialists.
We use Claude AI as a central operational tool — every team member has their own AI-assisted workflows. If you haven't used AI in your daily operations yet, that's fine, but you need to be ready to learn fast.
