DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER
- We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager. The PM will work directly with the Director of Project Management to manage client-facing digital marketing projects for e-commerce clients. Typical projects include website design/development and Search Engine Optimization campaigns. Upon completion of training, you would be joining the Ecommerce team and focusing on onboarding those types of projects.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with planning, managing & realizing digital projects.
- Create successful, long-term client relationships.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams via emails, phone calls, and in-person presentations.
- Manage tasks via our company-wide project management portal (ActiveCollab)
- Follow up with all team members and track project progress to make sure it stays on schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Experience as a Project or Account Manager is preferred but not required (with an agency)
- Basic computer & digital knowledge is required (we're looking for someone internet savvy).
- Experience with website design/development, internet marketing (SEO/PPC/Social Media), and project management software is preferred but not required. For example, knowledge of HTML, CSS, FTP, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and WordPress would be useful.
- Past hands-on SEO experience (Ability to insightfully answer/consult with clients on SEO-related issues)
- Ability to regularly review and analyze the performance of natural search efforts against goals; recommends strategy changes as needed.
- Deep knowledge of online measurement, tracking methods, and analysis.
- Ability to adapt processes on a project-by-project basis to ensure that goals and KPIs are met.
- Ability to think out of the box and regularly stay informed on new strategies that can be implemented to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
- Previous experience with AHREFS, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Ability to prioritize strategies based on project needs/goals
- Previous experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce or Magento
- Lead the implementation of key eCommerce functionalities across teams
- Successful track record of eCommerce management through website launches or SEO campaigns
- Ability to interpret data reporting to support shopping trends and monitor store KPIs for further optimizations in driving revenue
- Enhance UX and website flow for an efficient buying journey for client stores.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce landscape to identify new trends to translate into actionable recommendations for client stores.
- Ability to prioritize short term vs. long term goals for eCommerce stores
