The contributions include defining and curating processes, guardrails, and guidelines that support ecosystem development, deployment, and operation by designing and leading the implementation of solutions that create value and align with our business goals and technology strategy.As a Senior Solution Architect and Platform Service Delivery Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. - Leading the technology strategy of our sales, marketing, and commercial ecosystem.
- Leading platform services (e.g. IAMExt, APIs) and providing support to other tech stacks horizontally within the digital delivery portfolio.
- Guiding development teams in the implementation of the strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Leading a set of teams responsible for delivering core application including, but not limited to, Search, External Identity, and application integrations.
- Supporting cross functional teams in the strategy and execution of initiatives within the customer-facing domain.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensuring that architectural solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, tools, and processes to improve the ecosystem.
- Conducting architectural reviews and ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (completed and verified prior to start)
- Ten (10) years of relevant work experience.
- Three (3) years leading software application ecosystem strategy and architecture in the domains of sales, marketing, and e-commerce in a private, public, government or military environment
- Five (5) years leading software application ecosystem strategy and architecture in the domains of sales, marketing, and e-commerce in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Knowledge of security best practices in the application development space.
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of data architecture and data management best practices.
- Experience with API management and integration platforms.
- Knowledge of uses and benefits of AI in application development.
- Proven experience as a System Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with CICD platforms and processes.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Open Shift and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Experience in external identity mgmt. (IAMExt), API etc. services.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Austin, TX or Maplewood, MN offices at least 3 days per week)
