- Structure and scope digital projects, ensuring clear project parameters.
- Oversee the delivery and execution process, facilitating effective team communication and collaboration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to accommodate rapid change and deliver work under tight deadlines.
- Develop schedules and budgets to manage projects through all phases: Discovery, UX Design, UI Design, Development, QA, Launch, and Maintenance.
- Define and monitor team and vendor resources to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Partner with senior team members to learn and contribute to complex digital and integrated projects.
- Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
- Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.
- Solid understanding of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Bonus if you are proficient in the following systems: Slack, ClickUp, Harvest/Forecast, Google Suite, Smartsheets.
