- Monitor the performance of assigned assets to ensure they meet or exceed expected output and efficiency targets
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for performance improvement
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of the assets
- Continuously evaluate the profitability and ROI of each assigned asset
- Support the negotiations and contracting process for O&M, Asset Management, and Energy Management
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, or related field from an accredited university
- 7+ years of progressive experience with a majority in the energy industry
- Comprehensive understanding and practical knowledge of power plant operations, performance engineering, and asset management
- Familiarity with electricity markets, including PJM, MISO, ERCOT and SPP
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
