This is a technical delivery operations and integration leader, not a Director of Product nor PMO. The Director, Healthcare SaaS Delivery Operations will establish and scale an internal technical practice to deliver technical services to help with Delivery and Integration of a SaaS enterprise platform to our healthcare clients. This person will need to have a technical proficient background in SQL, API's and KPI's and lead by example with a focus on supporting the Dev, Product, and PMO teams for driving the technical health of our diverse client portfolio. Core areas of responsibility include: β’ File-based integrations β’ 3rd party application integrations β’ Technical reporting and business intelligence β’ SQL database expertise (Queries, Joins, etc) and API based interfaces. β’ SaaS product support and on time delivery Key Responsibilities: β’ Guide clients in leveraging the platform to achieve their strategic technical goals. β’ Assess risks in engagements and implement effective mitigation strategies. β’ Serve as a primary escalation point to resolve client issues and maintain satisfaction. β’ Oversee operational and financial health of the client portfolio, driving billability and efficiency. β’ Build operational frameworks to maximize delivery throughput, profitability, and client satisfaction. β’ Define and standardize the technical delivery practice, including KPIs like time-to-value, delivery efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. β’ Build and manage a resource and knowledge-sharing structure to optimize capacity. β’ Establish continuous improvement practices to adapt the consulting model based on evolving client and business needs, leveraging advanced technology like AI. β’ Lead, grow, and manage a team of technical managers and individual contributors to deliver top-tier client service and meet success metrics Skill Requirements: β’ 7 years of healthcare integrations and delivery operations experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role. β’ 3 years of experience with SaaS enterprise software for health plans. β’ Proven technical knowledge of SQL, API, Data Mapping, EDI, and enterprise product integration β’ Strong strategic thinking and technical consulting capabilities. β’ Expertise in SaaS delivery, project management, and risk management. β’ Proven ability to lead and grow teams, and scale operations. β’ Excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. β’ Proficiency with MS Office and process mapping tools. β’ Must be able to travel as necessary. β’ Unable to sponsor - must be Green Card Holder or US Citizen Apply tot his job
