What You’ll Do Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations Help establish and maintain carrier relationships and appointments Lead and support agent onboarding, licensing, and compliance processes Build and improve internal workflows and operational processes Help keep projects and timelines on track Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and organization Collaborate closely with leadership to support overall business growth What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in an insurance agency environment selling individual policies (life insurance preferred; individual health or personal lines also relevant) Experience with agency operations, onboarding, licensing, or compliance Ability to take ownership and work independently when needed Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment Why This Role Opportunity to take ownership of operations within a growing agency Ability to build and improve processes that directly impact the business High level of visibility and collaboration with leadership A role where your work contributes directly to growth and efficiency Additional Details Base salary: $135,000 – $160,000 Additional performance-based bonus (15–20%) tied to operational goals Total compensation potential: $155,000 – $190,000+ This is a remote position.
