Lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the overall platform experience for global customers.
Develop and implement a strategic vision for global design, incorporating user-centered design principles and innovative solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user experience design, and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to present design strategies and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure design solutions are feasible and align with business objectives.
Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and other methods to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Manage design budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and drive results.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the design team.
Represent the company in design-related events and conferences to showcase our design capabilities and thought leadership.
Ensure compliance with design standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
