Your primary focus will be on driving operational excellence across these functions, ensuring seamless execution of our revenue-generating strategies. You'll also be responsible for: * Overseeing the development and implementation of AI-powered workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our revenue operations. * Leading experiments and pilots around higher-touch customer engagement models to better support and grow our professional customer base. * Identifying opportunities to integrate and deploy AI across operational workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness. * Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards to drive insights that guide executive decision-making on growth, retention, and product strategies. * Analyzing customer behavior, health metrics, and feedback to identify clear recommendations on investment areas and new opportunities to better support and expand our customer base. **Customer Intelligence & Strategic Insights** As a key member of our Strategy & Revenue Operations team, you'll be responsible for synthesizing frontline team insights into actionable, cohesive perspectives on the health of our user base. You'll analyze customer behavior, health metrics, and feedback to identify clear recommendations on investment areas and new opportunities to better support and expand our customer base.
