Job Description

We’re thrilled to find our part time Director of Operations by the beginning of April. If this is you, please… read on.

Who We Are.

LEAN IN - MAKE BANK, INC exists to help women—especially licensed mental health clinicians and other service-based professionals—earn life-first fees, build real wealth, and step fully into their power. We believe amazing therapists with money create more good in the world.

Our mission is to dismantle systems that create scarcity & martyrdom by upending the belief that true service requires self-sacrifice.

Over the next three to five years, we are building a company that delivers extraordinary student results, while earning $3 million annual revenue at 50% profitability by creating smooth, scalable operations. After that, we will create a plan to expand beyond only licensed mental health therapists and tap into a broader ecosystem of women-led service-based companies.

Through coaching, mentorship, live events, and thought leadership, we will amplify the voices of women and people from marginalized communities who have been told to sit down and stay small—and instead equip them to take up space, build wealth, and lead.

LIMB, INC has been operating for 10 years. We are thrilled to take it to the moon over this next decade.

You will thrive in this role if:

You will work best in this environment if you are obsessed with results, energized by big vision, and wired to turn strategy into execution—all while working collaboratively and independently.

You come alive when you are the operational linchpin: coordinating lead generation, managing conversion systems, ensuring renewals, overseeing team & KPIs, pulling the right levers when numbers dip, and building seamless systems where student success fuels sales and sales fuel growth.

You are excited to manage the details behind the scenes so the visionary can take the stage, while also feeling comfortable in front facing positions when given the opportunity to shine on, you bright diamond.

You think in revenue loops vs. to-do’s. You are proactive, data-driven, decisive, and motivated by building something iconic. If you love being the engine behind a powerful brand—and want to help scale a mission-driven company to predictable, profitable growth—you will be a rockstar in this role.

You will thrive in this environment if, when handed an outcome, your first instinct is to create solutions, priorities, and a plan — vs. highlighting the problems. If you are an Operator who is emotionally regulated, highly optimistic, and energized by big ideas, not overwhelmed by them, this is the place. If you love turning bold vision into concrete execution, thrive on accountability, ask sharp questions, and meet new direction with “yes, and,” you will thrive here.

If you are tentative, risk-averse, anxious around growth, or need emotional cushioning before moving into action, this work environment is not suited for you.

About the CEO:

Hey! My name is Tiffany McLain, founder of Lean In-Make Bank, Inc. I am a wildly ambitious, relentlessly determined and highly empathic visionary—and the front-facing CEO of the business.

I work best when I can paint bold pictures of what is possible, take the stage, build relationships, and help our students move beyond the blocks they cannot yet see.I will know we're a good fit when I see that leads and sales are coming in every week, that our clients are being supported with excellence, that the team is collaborating with excitement and clarity—all without me having to manage the daily details and put out fires.

You and I, we’ll co-create KPIs and metrics once you’re onboarded.

A successful 6-12 month timeline means we are consistently generating and converting leads, tracking clear KPIs, maintaining predictable $60K+ in recurring revenue, and driving new monthly sales to hit $85K months at 50% profit—while Tiffany works no more than 20 hours a week in a CEO capacity.

While I have high expectations, I also have a deep understanding that when the team moves fast, things break. And that’s actually good news at our company! We have big goals and big hearts and we make a lot of room to experiment, play and test.

With these ambitious success metrics comes collaboration, mentorship, guidance, community and an opportunity for massive upleveling.(Can I just say, I’m already so stoked to meet you?)

I will shrivel up and die if I’m forced to live in day-to-day logistics, protect my own calendar, or manage operational details—which opens up a massive opportunity for someone who is obsessed with execution, energized by turning vision into systems, and hungry to own real outcomes.

If you love project planning, KPI tracking, revenue strategy, and being the operational force behind a bold mission, this is your seat at the table. You will step into significant leadership, real growth, and have a true CEO partner who is thrilled—not threatened—to hand off day-to-day operations so she can take the stage, expand the brand, and scale our impact together.

I move fast and pivot quickly it. I value clarity over comfort and believe directness is the ultimate form of respect.

I am building something large, profitable, and impactful—and I need a partner who is excited to make it come to life.

A day in the life…

On a random Tuesday afternoon, you are reviewing dashboards with a coffee in hand—proactively ensuring we are surpassing our revenue targets. You are tracking every phase of our funnel: leads, conversions, renewals, and new sales. You know exactly where we stand relative to our $85K monthly goal and 50% profit target—and if a metric dips, you’re already presenting three solutions before it ever becomes a crisis.

You lead our weekly KPI meeting, clearly reviewing last week’s numbers, this week’s targets, and the specific levers we will pull to stay ahead. You work closely with our Student Success Manager, ensuring wins are captured, renewals are projected, and testimonials are feeding our sales engine. You oversee our Administrative Assistant, Ads Manager, and Sales Admin to track systems & KPIs so every part of the machine is aligned and accountable.

When something underperforms, you diagnose the system—not the people. You identify the gap, speak to the right team member, and bring concise, data-backed solutions to Tiffany only when strategic input is needed. You own the execution of revenue-generating projects like live retreats, podcast growth strategy, and ads team management from idea to implementation.

You are the operational force behind the vision—the one ensuring that Tiffany can take the stage, build strategic partnerships, and expand the brand—while you ensure the machine runs, grows, and scales predictably.

This role comes with a meaningful upside. Base compensation reflects the responsibility of owning revenue performance, and performance-based increases and bonuses are directly tied to hitting and exceeding profit targets. When you successfully enhance the machine that drives predictable $85K+ months at 50% profit, you will share in that financial growth.

Compensation: This is a contracting role with a generous monthly retainer rate and room for growth and bonuses based on performance.

Are you as excited as we are?! We can't wait to see your application.
