- Overseeing territory sales strategy, distribution expansion, and retail execution while building and leading a high-performing field sales team
- Managing regional chains and independent accounts across multiple states
- Driving distribution growth, optimizing trade spend, and strengthening TRIP’s presence at retail
- Hiring, leading, and mentoring a high-performing field sales team
- Implementing channel strategies that align pricing, shelving, and merchandising with brand goals
- Managing P&L performance and evaluating ROI across promotions and account programming
- Identifying trends and opportunities to grow category share and drive market expansion
- Requirements:
- 7–10 years of beverage or CPG sales experience across multiple channels
- 5+ years leading field execution sales teams
- Proven track record driving distribution and market growth
- Strong experience with P&L management and sales analytics
- Skilled at building retailer relationships and delivering sales presentations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Must have a reliable car, valid driver's license, registration, and proof of insurance
