Director of Supply Chain & Logistics Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ annually (plus performance-based bonus) Employment Type: Full-Time | Executive About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally minded Director of Supply Chain & Logistics to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is pivotal in optimizing procurement, production flow, distribution, and logistics to support scalable growth and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy that aligns with business goals and production targets. • Oversee procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiation to ensure reliability and cost control. • Implement data-driven forecasting, inventory optimization, and distribution models. • Partner closely with Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations to drive cross-functional efficiency. • Ensure compliance with trade regulations, safety, and environmental standards. • Identify and deploy technology solutions (ERP, logistics tracking, AI forecasting tools) for visibility and automation. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Knowledge: Supply chain management best practices, procurement strategy, international trade, and logistics technology. • Skills: Advanced data analysis, vendor management, project management, contract negotiation, and ERP utilization. • Abilities: • * Lead cross-functional teams through operational transformation. • Optimize cost structures while improving service quality. • Translate complex logistics data into actionable strategies. • Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics leadership. • Proven success leading teams through scaling and transformation initiatives. • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and global logistics networks. • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
