Job Description

Own the design, facilitation, and continuous improvement of the Quarterly Rebalancing & Prioritization process. Ensure transparent, outcome-driven tradeoff discussions and documentation Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills. Knowledge of agile development methodologies and value stream mapping among other process tools. Experience working with technology. Strong ability to understand linkages between strategy and technology and/or integrating technology with business strategy. Ability to establish and build effective relationships across the organization. Strong ability to select, develop, and engage staff, and to foster a collaborative environment. Strong ability to adapt and address unique challenges in a collaborative and creative way. Ability to exchange ideas and convey complex information clearly and concisely to technical and business leaders. Strong ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong experimental mindset to drive solutions amongst uncertainty. Implement and maintain effective tooling and artifact standards for roadmaps, intake, OKRs, and reporting.
