Director Tax Advisory & Finance

Required: !!! Do you have a minimum of two years of tax prep for businesses and individuals? (corporate returns experience is strongly preferred)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Tax Services to lead our strategic tax advisory & finance department and oversee financial operations. This role will manage internal accounting functions while working closely with external CPAs and tax advisors to implement tax-efficient strategies and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate with external CPAs on tax planning, tax filings, and strategic tax initiatives
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Support strategic business planning and growth initiatives
• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA required!
• 5+ years of tax/finance/accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of tax prep work
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and tax planning
• Experience working with tax advisors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
