Job Description
We are a growing real estate investment company looking for a Disposition Manager / On-Market Acquisitions Specialist to help us build strong buyer relationships and secure deals from on-market properties. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, understands real estate basics, and knows how to follow up, negotiate, and build long-term relationships with buyers and agents. Disposition / Buyer Relations β’ Call and follow up with cash buyers and investors β’ Build and maintain a strong buyers list β’ Develop long-term relationships with repeat buyers β’ Send deals to buyers and collect feedback β’ Coordinate deal flow and buyer interest On-Market Acquisitions β’ Call agents regarding on-market properties β’ Analyze deals and determine offer ranges β’ Submit offers and follow up consistently β’ Build rapport with listing agents Requirements β’ Strong phone communication skills (this is a calling role) β’ Real estate knowledge (investing, wholesaling, or MLS experience preferred) β’ Comfortable talking to buyers, agents, and investors β’ Organized and detail-oriented β’ Consistent follow-up mindset β’ Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, Podio, or similar is a plus) β’ Reliable internet and quiet work environment Nice to Have (But Not Required) β’ Previous Disposition Manager or Acquisitions experience β’ Experience calling on-market listings β’ Understanding of ARV, comps, and deal analysis β’ Experience working with U.S.
real estate investors
