This is a remote position. We are looking to add a Fractional Marketing Operations Director for a B2B SaaS scaleup. This position is initially budgeted to be a 6 month contract for up to 15 hours per week, paying up to $160/hr for the right person. The final terms are negotiable. Responsibilities First 30 days β’ Review the companyβs bolthires audience, goals, and existing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimization β’ Review the company's tech stack (Salesforce + Hubspot + Drift + Demandbase) to identify gaps that need to be filled by new tools, as well as optimizations to the current setup β’ Deliver a comprehensive report outlining the results of the assessment and outlines the proposed strategy to support the drive towards profitable unit economics Ongoing β’ Guide an internal team of 2 specialists (mid-
Senior SFDC, junior MOPS) to execute on the new plan, acting as player/coach where necessary to make fast improvements Requirements Mandatory experience β’ Must have 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS, or results running similar playbooks β’ Must have measurable results from projects that improved Sales & Marketing efficiency Nice-to-have experience β’ Bonus points if you've lead transformational projects for a Series C/D company β’ Bonus points if you have proven results in specific SaaS verticals; planning & productivity, or task & project management Apply tot his job
