- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage documentation processes and ensure accurate and timely reporting
- Collaborate with team members to gather and organize information for reports
- Develop templates and tools for efficient documentation and reporting
- Track and monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a database of all documentation and reports for future reference
- Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in documentation and reporting
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of project management software is a plus
- Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable
