- Requirements
- Must meet all eligibility requirements outlined in DOD Instructions for SkillBridge participation.
- Possess official TAD/TDY Orders and other DOD mandated paperwork for the period of the apprenticeship.
- Demonstrate good time management habits and the ability to multi-task.
- Sustain focus on long tasks and communicate thoughts and technical ideas effectively.
- Exhibit an attitude of taking initiative, enthusiasm, eagerness to learn, teamwork, and creativity.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and balance assigned work with exceptional organizational skills in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based work assignments.
- Ability to participate in the apprenticeship program for no less than 120 days.
