Founded by Olympic Gold Medal winner Dominique Dawes, our culture is rooted in a "whole-child" approach, focusing on empowerment and fun. With 6 locations currently operating and a massive national expansion underway (3 opening Fall 2026; 8β10 annually thereafter), we are seeking a senior finance leader to build the financial infrastructure required to support this next phase of growth. The Role We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Vice President of Finance who will build the processes, discipline, and team needed to support national growth. This will be the senior-most finance leader in the organization, with full finance ownership and a path to CFO title as the company scales. You will own the finance and accounting functions end-to-endβfrom the tactical execution in Ramp and NetSuite, to strategic capital planning and forecasting, to sponsor reporting. You should be highly fluent in our tech stack (especially NetSuite and Ramp) and must be comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a lean environment today, while bringing the judgment and leadership to build and lead a full finance team over time. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the CEO to drive the long-term financial vision. Act as a key advisor on strategy, market expansion, capital structure, and the financial evaluation of new locations, formats, and investment opportunities. Board, Lender and Investor Support: Serve as the finance liaison to our private equity sponsor (Trivest Partners) and other key stakeholders. Deliver sophisticated Board-level reporting, manage debt covenant compliance, and lead quarterly financial reviews. Advanced FP&A & Unit Economics: Own the master corporate model. Beyond basic budgeting, you will analyze unit-level performance (LTV/CAC, payback periods, and four-wall EBITDA) to optimize our national rollout strategy. Systems Mastery (NetSuite & Ramp): Act as the internal lead and architect for our financial tech stack. Ensure NetSuite and Ramp are fully optimized and scalable for multi-entity operations, consolidated reporting, disciplined workflows, and automated reporting as the business expands. Operational Accounting: Oversee the day-to-day finance and accounting function. Manage the outsourced bookkeeping resources, lead the monthly close and account reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Capital Allocation & Treasury: Manage enterprise cash flow, liquidity forecasting, and capital allocation across existing locations and new openings to support disciplined growth. Expansion Readiness: Develop repeatable finance and accounting processes for de novo expansion, including entity setup, reporting structures, controls, tax coordination, and opening playbooks for new locations. Audit, Tax, and Compliance: Coordinate the annual audit and support tax, insurance, and regulatory compliance requirements across a multi-state operating footprint. Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles, with meaningful exposure to high-growth environments. Experience Multi-Unit Experience: Experience in high-growth, multi-unit environments (such as fitness, retail, hospitality, healthcare services, or other distributed operating models) is preferred. Private Equity Experience: A proven track record of working in a private equity-backed environment, including board reporting, cash discipline, performance management, and exit-oriented timing. NetSuite/ERP Capability: Strong ERP experience is required, with NetSuite experience strongly preferred. We need someone who can operate effectively within the system, not simply review dashboards. Individual Contributor Grit: Hands-On Orientation. You are willing to work both strategically and tactically in a lean environment, including personally owning important tasks and workstreams when needed. Education and Credentials: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required; CPA and/or MBA is preferred but not required. Why Join Us? This is an opportunity to step into the top finance seat at a mission-driven, high-growth company at an inflection point. The Vice President of Finance will work directly with the industry veteran CEO, play a central role in scaling the business, and have a clear path to assuming the CFO title the organization continues to grow. Furthermore, this business is backed by private equity sponsors with more than 45 years of experience and a strong track record of successful outcomes across its portfolio.
